Small site, suitable more for couples perhaps as no entertainment on site (this is what encouraged me to book it) Good pub within walking distance. Very friendly welcome, van was excellent - the best so far. Mrs H, Sudbury, Suffolk 11 September 2010
Good value for money, good base for touring Yorkshire moors, Dales and Wolds. Not noisy; handy for local facilities. Mr J, HARROW, Middlesex 24 May 2010

Near to all the local history, beautiful surroundings and it is the relaxing holiday that you need! Miss L, st neots, cambridgeshire 15 September 2009
A lovely little park, only 10 minutes to Yorks park and ride, and handy for Scarborough and Flamingoland too! Very helpful owners and very clean accommodation - I would definitely reccommend it, an excellent holiday! Mr H, PERTH 19 July 2009
Tollerton Holiday Park is a small, friendly park and the park management are very approachable and friendly. The park is very well situated for visiting the moors or dales, the city of York is only 10 miles away and just eight miles down the A19 is one of the main park and ride sites (Rawcliff Bar). Staying here puts you one minute minute away from an excellent chinese restraunt, The Canton Station and the owner Chan, is extremely helpful and friendly. A ten minute walk puts you in the village of Tollerton which has the best country store I've ever been into. The Black Horse Pub is also very friendly being run by Dave and Judi. Just a short drive can find numerous good places to eat and the lovely town of Esingwold. In short if you want a holiday with loads of variety base yourself in Tollerton! Mr W, STOKE-ON-TRENT 12 July 2009
For the perfect, peaceful holiday, this is the one for you!!!!

The park was small and friendly and ideally situated for York. Mrs C, Carlisle, Cumbria 18 June 2009
A nice, quiet park, a nice caravan and the pub in Tollerton does a very good meal. The people on site are very friendly and it is a nice and fairly short walk to the village and shop. York is about 10 miles away, we drove to the Park and Ride which eas easy to find. Mr. N, Norfolk, 09 June 2009
If you like peace and quiet but within easy reach of York then I highly recommend this park. Mr L, Manchester, Lancashire 01 November 2008

Location fine and near York and the Dales.Good comfortable Caravan and layout of Park. A bit apprehensive about closeness of railway line but didn't hear anything !!!! Mrs T, Elgin 23 August 2008
The setting is ideal for accessing the city of York and there are a couple of towns within 3 miles. There is a chinese restaurant/take away right on the door step and a local pub within walking distance. Mr N, Bristol, Avon 23 August 2008
OK if you want to get away from it all. Mrs R, Blackpool 16 August 2008
Excellent caravan ideal as a base for exploring the area.Facilities on the site are limited, and the nearby village does not have a great deal to see or do so a car is a must. Mr C, Epsom 07 June 2008
Excellent location to get ''away from it all''. Miles upon Miles of golden sandy beaches and all within a stones throw of your caravan. Very friendly and helpfull staff at all times made our holiday a joy to enjoy. Mr P, Glasgow 22 March 2008
This is an ideal place for couples who want to relax. If you don't want to cook, there is a Chinese Restuarant on the park and a pub within a few minutes walk. Mr S, Southport, Merseyside 27 October 2007
Tollerton is a great location for taking in the history of York (being only 8 miles away). It is also very handy for visiting the Dales and the Moors! Mrs W, Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire 14 July 2007
The park was ideal for our requirements - having two small children it was central to lots of suitable activities and didn't require spending a further great deal of time travelling. Mrs F, Farr, Inverness-shire 13 July 2007
